I called Singer Kwinter shortly after having being struck by a car whilst
commuting home one summer evening, in downtown Toronto. This was a hit and run "accident" that occurred in front of several witnesses, one of whom noted the license plate number as I screamed it out for anyone that might hear.
I couldn't walk unassisted for many months and lost a good deal of my
income. I had demoralising roadblocks with my insurance provider that I can't begin to describe now. I can say emphatically that if it weren't for Jason Katz's ongoing, professional and supportive guidance, (even while most, if not all, his cases were much more serious than mine) my life would have been significantly different. He advocated for medical care, physical rehabilitation and even to a large extent, for mental clarity during the most stressful event of my life.
I believe he is highly intelligent, compassionate and most importantly,
knowledgable and experienced in representing people when they need
competent representation most in their life. Anyone would be very fortunate to
have Mr. Katz representing them - especially at a time when vulnerability can be
significant.
On a personal note, I think he is a man in his field, that stands out - I
will always be grateful to him for more than I could possibly explain here.
The whole litigation experience was utterly shell-shocking to me and he
deserves a medal for dealing so gracefully with my tremendous reticence and
insecurities surrounding this most demoralising time.
The whole office - Ella stands out particularly - were also supportive and
efficient and very easy to deal with.
