In 1974 Morris Singer partnered with his law school friend, Alf Kwinter and established their firm, Singer, Kwinter.
Morris is focused on the practice of Family Law and has helped thousands of Canadians deal with the issues of separation, divorce and other family law concerns, ensuring their rights and obligations are fully represented.
Morris is a highly experienced litigator in all levels of jurisdiction. He has successfully represented clients in the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice and various administrative tribunals.
Although Morris' focus is primarily Family Law he actively represents individuals involved in Civil Litigation, Wrongful dismissal, Worker's Compensation Board, Professional Negligence and Medical and Dental Malpractice.
Lecturing in the Continuing Education Program sponsored by the Law Society of Upper Canada and as an instructor in the Bar Admission Course as well as a clinical instructor at Osgoode Hall Law School, which allows Morris to share his experiences with others who are interested in advancing in the practice of the law.
As a dedicated legal professional Morris is actively involved in several associations, including the Advocates' Society, Trial Lawyers Association, Ontario Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
