Morris Singer is one of the founding partners of Singer Kwinter, and is focused primarily in the practice of Family Law. He has helped thousands of Canadians deal with the issues of separation, divorce and other family law concerns, ensuring their rights and obligations are fully represented. Morris is a highly experienced litigator in all levels of jurisdiction. He has successfully represented clients in the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice and various administrative tribunals.

Although Morris' focus is primarily Family Law he actively represents individuals involved in Civil Litigation, Wrongful Dismissal, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, Professional Negligence and Medical and Dental Malpractice.

Lecturing in the Continuing Education Program sponsored by the Law Society of Upper Canada and as an instructor in the Bar Admission Course as well as a clinical instructor at Osgoode Hall Law School, allows Morris to share his experiences with others who are interested in advancing in the practice of the law.

Morris is actively involved in several associations, including the Advocates' Society, Trial Lawyers Association, Ontario Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
